General Information

01Access

Admission to the spa is for clients aged 14 and over*. Access to the fitness and relaxation area (swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, hammam, tennis courts) is reserved for guests staying at La Réserve Genève, spa members and guests taking part in a spa day. External guests may reserve treatments at the Spa.
*The indoor pool is open to children only from 2 to 4 pm

02Opening hours

The fitness and relaxation areas (swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, hammam, tennis courts) are open daily from 6 am to 10 pm*. Treatments are dispensed daily between 8 am and 9 pm upon reservation. Don’t hesitate to contact us for treatments outside of these hours.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment in order to get ready to enjoy your experience and your treatment in a relaxed frame of mind. Treatments given in your room are subject to a 50 % supplement, from 8 am to 9 pm and 100 % outside of these hours.

03Contraindications

Please advise us of any health issues, allergies or injuries you may have that might hinder your use of the spa’s equipment or perturb the smooth provision of treatment.

04Personal effects

The spa provides guests with a locker and linen for use while at the spa. Management takes no responsibility for personal items placed in lockers or left in the spa. The management reserves the right to open any lockers left locked at the end of the day and to remove any items inside. You are invited to place all objects of value in the safes available at the hotel reception desk while you are on the premises. The spa of La Réserve Genève can under no circumstances be held liable in the event of any loss, deterioration or theft of your valuables, nor if they are simply forgotten.

05Respect for the premises

The spa is a place dedicated to calm and relaxation. Please respect this peaceful environment by putting your mobile phone on silent. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden on the spa premises. Glass containers are not allowed around the swimming pool for safety reasons.

06Guarantee

Clients not residing at La Réserve Genève will be asked for credit card details as a guarantee when they make their reservation.

07Late arrivals - Cancellations

In the event of a late arrival, your treatment will be shortened and you will be invoiced for the entire time. Any service that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be invoiced in full.
